    GTN 650 RS -232 settings for AF TXP 261 and AF ADS-B

    Are the settings for the GTN 650 supposed to be?

    RS-232 1 In FADC Format 1, Out Aviation Output 1
    RS-232 2 In Off, Out ADS-B +
    RS-232 3 In Off. Out Off

    Is the Transponder setting 17. ADS-B In Frequency supposed to be 1090 ES, UAT only or Both. For ADS-B On & Out

    My wiring set up is as follows:

    AFS 5800 Component Data Format Data Source
    Serial 1 GTN 650 AVTN/FADC1
    Serial 2 AFS AP AF-PILOT
    Serial 3 TXP SV261 AFS XPDR
    Serial 4 ARINC AFS ARINC

    AFS 4500 Component Data Format Data Source
    Serial 1
    Serial 2
    Serial 3 ADS-B AF-ADSB
    Serial 4 AF GPS

    GTN 650 RS 232 RX In 1 P1001-27 Aviation Data AFS 5800 10
    GTN 650 RS 232 TX Out 1 P1001-8 Aviation Data AFS 5800 22 & AF TXP 3
