Questions for a 3500 in an RV7

Hello everyone,

I have the following problems with a 3500 attached to an RV7.

My first problem is that the unit is requiring me to reset preferences each time I start the unit.

My second problem is that I have the wind turned on and until recently it functioned brilliantly; it is no longer functioning (ie: it is present on the EFIS, but not reporting windage).

Thirdly I would like to consider an upgrade for the unit. I’m based in New Zealand – What is the easiest way forward in that regard?

Any ideas?

Don't break the battery holder tab when you change the battery.
