To hear the audio and get the AP status on the EFIS screen you will need to have the AP serial port wired to a EFIS serial port and configured as AF-Pilot.

I made the changes in wiring and s4500 Setup. A/P Audio and Flarm-TIS works fine.
Thx to Rob and Ken!

If you want to get the autopilot "ENGAGE" and "DISENGAGE" audio and see the AP status on the EFIS screen you will need to have a separate serial port wired between the AF-Pilot and the Pilot PFD EFIS.
We had a problem with TIS traffic drawing in the wrong location on some headings and that was fixed in the latest release.

The AF-Pilot has the following connections:
EFIS ....Serial Port Function .... AF-Pilot
TXD .... Sends data to AP ....... Pin-17 RXD
RXD .... Gets data from AP ..... Pin-7 TXD

Thanks Rob,
If i cut the RS 232 line from the GPS to the AP, from where comes the information about the Track to the Autopilot if i fly in AP-Mode?

For those of us with a 430W who wired per your drawing in the installation manual (# 53620WD - ARINC 429 Adapter Cable) it would appear that the transmit line from the EFIS serial port to the AF-Pilot is already in place. On your draawing it is shown going from EFIS Main Connector Pin 22 to AFS Pilot Pin 17 (and also to GNS430W P4001-56).
And if this is true wouldn't the only line that needs to be added to add autopilot audio warnings and visual cues be the EFIS receive line between EFIS Main Connector Pin 10 and AFS Pilot Pin 7???
