Manual Power Off

On the 4500s, the manual states that buttons 2,3, or 4 will power off the unit if powered by the standby battery. Will these buttons also power down the unit if the EBUS has power applied to Pin 15 as well?

If these buttons will power off the unit regardless if power is still present, then that will save me having to put in a couple switches.

If the unit has power it will not turn off.
