    No GPS

    Hi Rob

Just flying around today in my -7 (4500 and 3500 with 430W). Made one flawless RNAV approach coupled to TT autopilot. On way home, got a NO GPS warning on both EFIS screens. GPS function and signal were fine on the 430W. GPS signal going to TT autopilot and TT ADI standby were fine. Landed, shutdown, and rebooted everything and once 430W had a good signal, the AFS boxes were fine and all warnings were gone. Any ideas??

Email the system logs from the AF-4500 and we will check it.

    I assume you need SYSTEM.AFD.

    Is that correct?

We need the system debug log file, should be somthing with a .ALS extension.

CHECK > MAINT > ADMIN > SYS LOG will put it on the SD card.

Hi, Rob! May I ask you for help?
Seems, we have the same problem - no GPS...
Along with our Tecnam P2002 we've got AFC AF-3500 with Garmin GNC 430 as GPS source. It worked well untill we update entire system for Ver 15 (was 10th) and maps. Now we have "No GPS" on nav screen and no more. What can it be?

Call from the plane (503) 263-0037 or email a picture of your ADMIN calibration serial port settings.

    What GPS do you have?
Did you check the EFIS serial port configuration?
