Looking at the release notes, I see the following entry:

Vs8.07.05-MV15 07/06/2012
Disabled broken ADS-B TFR processing. (fix coming soon)

but in the subsequent release notes entries, I don't see an entry stating that it's fixed. Did I miss something in the Release Notes or is this still an outstanding issue?

It was fixed in release Vs8.07.10-MV15.

The FAA is still not sending all of the TFR’s in graphical format!

What is displayed for those TFRs that don't come down in graphical format?

Nothing, if they don’t send them we can't draw them. Last time I checked they were only sending stadium TFR’s in the data.
