My older RV10 has a GRT engine monitor system feeding the AFS screens. The oil pressure sender is on the manifold and also has a 15psi switch on the oil pressure port.

Question is does either the GRT or the AFS need to see an oil pressure switch for the tach or anything else?

I think the switch may have been for an old traditional Hobbs meter in an older panel config.

Thoughts?
