AFS-4500 Flap Position Indication with PH Flap Actuator?

Hey guys, I'd like to get flap indications in my AFS 4500 if that is possible. All I really want is for the AOA indicator to sense a flaps down situation so I can set the stall and AOA system for flaps down and up. I land either half flaps, or full flaps.

Attached is the wiring diagram for the PH actuator. It has 3 wires. Flaps L0 wire, a signal wire, and a 5v reference wire.

Is it possible to plug this thing into the AFS 4500, and if so, where do these wires go?
