    Boot-Up Warning

When my AFS 5600 boots up and gets to the logo screen, it honks a loud warning. I guess to tell me to press accept LOL. I think I can handle that w/o the HONK. How do I turn this warning off?

We play the standard alert beep when booting the display to let you know that the audio volume is correct and that your headsets are working. This should be the same alert beep that prefixes any alert. Have you set your EFIS volume levels using SET -> Hold CAL -> Test Audio?

It should be something like "blee doop, blee doop". If it's a HONK it might be a stall horn.

LOL - It is "blee doop, blee doop" and not a HONK - I was just being lazy. Thanks for the volume tip. I think I need to dial it down a bit.
