Tach time RPM setting

Re AF5600 - Is the RPM setting used for Tach time a preset value or can this be configured? If configurable, how do I get to that screen?

Tach time is controlled by the following RPMs:

STANDARD, SUBARU, M14, TURBINE @ 1500RPM
ROTAX @ 3500RPM
