    Usb ports

Doing panel planning for USB ports locations as remote ports for loading data to screens. Can these USB ports when not being used for loading data (which will be the majority of time) be secondarily used for accessory charging (phone, iPad, etc) since they should have power and ground available whenever screen is on?

The EFIS USB ports will need to have the Chart and Terrain data card installed all the time, and you can't use it to charge devices. If you would like to charge devices you would need a powered USB hub or ports.
