Thread: Shunt installation question

    Shunt installation question

I have 2 alternators, both connected to the main power bus on the firewall (ANL fuses for each B Lead) but they'll never be on at the same time, so would it be reasonable to install them so that the shunt is after both so no matter which alternator is on I can still see how much power I'm drawing?

I can't see any issue with that.
