    Clock battery

Does the 2500 have a clock battery? If so will it affect the fuel gauge operation? I installed one on a friends RV a few years ago and it has problems with the fuel gauges and fuel flow readings, all of a sudden, everything else is doing ok. We cannot find clock battery info in the manual. Thanks, Larry

It has an internal RAM IC with internal battery, you have to replace the complete Memory IC. We changed the software to use the flash memory for data storage not requiring the battery, what is it doing?

The owner now lives away from my area so I suggested that he call you guys directly with an accurate description of the problem so you could help get the issue resolved. Since I had installed some of these units locally I wanted to know more about the product and was trying to help out. Thanks Rob for your response. Larry
