You need to use Garmin TIS format
If you have the AF-3400s with the "S" CPU yes it will work.
We are currently working on the PocketFMS database options with the AF-5000 system, I will see what we can do about the older AF-4500 systems.

Local weather is on a 5 minute update rate and Conus is 15 minutes. The update rate on any device connected to the uavionics should be the same, are you sure you have the baud rate set to 115K?
The 4500 does not display trim commands, only the AF-5000 systems support it. It should show on the Trutrak head.
We are close to releasing a new software release that makes the AF-5000 EFIS work with all the same chart data that the Dynon Skyview can use for Europe.
