Slip Skid Ball, Standby power connection

The slip/skid ball seems to be skewed to the right, even when the plane is sitting on the ground and perfectly level (measured with a digital level). Is there any way to adjust this?

Also, does the standby power connection draw any current when the system is off?

Check the top of the EFIS bezel for level, flip the level over and see if it reads the same.

The backup power does not any real current.
