Left knob wobbles

I just had my 3500EE updated to a 4500EE. I noticed that the left knob wobbles quite a bit. The knob functions all work, but it just feels loose and sloppy. Is this normal?

In a panel mount configuration you may see the left nob has ±2mm vertical movement and ±1mm horizontally, tray mount tends ±1mm all around. First I would check the set screw of the cap. It can be adjusted with a 1/16" hex key. If it still feels loose send it back and we can fix the wobble for you.
