Hi AFS folks,

Can you please provide rear view drawings of the AF-5500 and 5600 chassis?

I'm interested in the locations of the various connectors (main harness, engine sensor harness, EGT/CHT harness, pitot/static/AoA, etc.) relative to the front bezel.

Why? Because I don't have the main box yet, but I do have the wiring harnesses and would like to be able to proceed with their installation in the airframe. So knowing the exact locations of the connectors on the back of the EFIS will make it possible for me to locate the penetrations for the wiring harnesses through the sub-panel in proper alignment with their respective connectors on the back of the EFIS.

Thanks,
-Roee

Hi Roee,

We are working on a rear view drawing. I don't have one quite yet.

Hi Trevor,

I see that there are rear view drawings on page 92 of the AF-5000 manual v1.0. Thanks. That's helpful.

But since you have it all modeled in a CAD system already, if it isn't too much trouble... could you please publish the rear view drawings at 1:1 scale, and preferably with some reference dimension call-outs shown to verify scale? That would make it easy to get a 1:1 scale printout for a mock-up test fit in the airplane.

Thanks,
-Roee
