SD Drive not working

Hi there, the SD drive in my AF3500EM seems to have failed. I've tried different cards, and those cards do work in my AF35000EF.

I've also opened the box and reset the cables to no effect.

What do you suggest for a solution?

We have seen over time the solder joints of the SD Card connectors become broken over time. Give us a call and we can get it repaired.
