Output alarm

Hi all:

I have an AFS 4500EF and a 3500EM being installed in my RV-7. Probably an obvious question, but I just wanted to verify this. If I want a master warning light to display, it should be wired to pin 14 of the EFIS Main Cable. Is that correct?

It isn't actually putting out a voltage.

So that means the alarm light must have a separate 12V power supplied to it. Right?

That is correct. You provide one side of the light with 12V, we will give it a ground to activate.
