My AOA Pro is in a Lancair 360 installation and not yet calibrated.
On startup I get the message "landing gear" and "AOA pass" and the AOA audio flows through a PS Engineering PMA4000.
When depressing the flap switch, the green donut toggles on or off but there is no audio "Flaps".
What could I have done incorrectly?

When the flaps switch activates the donut should light up and it should say flaps.

Is this a new AOA Pro II? or a really old Pro 1?

Is that true for the 4500s as well?

I don't recall seeing a doughnut or hearing the audio flap annunciation. My flap indicator is hooked up the VPX Pro. I do see the flap indicator position status on the EFIS. I do hear Jenny telling me to push occasionally, so audio annunciation appears to be working.

Looks like I have another punch list item for the conditional.

The donut should be on when the flaps are down.

Is there an audio file for "Flaps"? A check of the audio files doesn't show one.

There is no audio in the EFIS products for flaps. Only in the AOA Pro / Sport.
