The two wire Dynon OAT probe has 2 pins for plug attached assuming for Dynon product, the AFS Efis has 3 pin input. How do I wire this to Efis? The schematic shows power, oat+, oat-.

If you have the Dynon probe you wire it to the Dynon ADAHRS. If you have the AFS probe you wire it to the EFIS main harness. If you are using our Dynon ADAHRS you don't use the AFS probe to the EFIS.

Ok I see now I have the Dynon probe Dynon adahrs. Silly question--is there anything special about the length of that wire like calibrated resistance or something? Since it won't reach my wing I need to either lengthen it or find another place at the tail for the probe. The fact that the pins are already attached has me wondering. Although the tail would be in the exhaust stream that probably makes a difference.

I just have the aluminum panels with press in nuts for the EFIS screws.

You can lengthen the probe wires

Can the old OAT pins 6,7,19 be used for anything or should I delete them? Was thinking about using these for a firewall battery probe temp but don't know how it would show up on the Efis?

Currently the software will not display it when you have the Dynon ADAHRS.
